Complete screw weldments or augers are produced by mounting helical or sectional flight to a shaft, pipe, flange, hub, posts or other means to turn the screw. These can vary widely from a simple pipe with the ends bushed and drilled to a long tapered solid shaft with an intricately machined drive coupling.
Falcon has the machining and assembly capabilities to manufacture the most complicated and demanding conveyor augers and mixing screws to our customers’ specifications. As a result, Falcon has earned a reputation in the industry of being able to handle the tough jobs and do them well. Both of our locations utilize in house CAD and CNC machining, as well as manual equipment for turning longer shafts.
Falcon also offers value-added services such as hard surfacing, polishing, and abrasive blasting. Falcon can also provide, through business relationships developed over the years, hard chrome plating, electro polishing, and flame spray coatings.
