Sectional Flights are individual turns or wraps cut from steel plate and formed into a helix with the desired outside diameter, pitch and inside diameter to fit the specified size. Finished flight is the same thickness in the full cross section from ID to OD.

Flight dimensions are generally limited by the formability of the base material. Using Falcon's precise production methods, many of the material limitations can be overcome with minimal fabrication costs through the use of multi-piece sections to produce sectional flights in

  • thickness to 1 1/2"

  • diameter to 148"
