Ribbon Flights with Legs

Ribbon Flighting is a continuous, large diameter one-piece helix formed from bar or cut plate on special fabrication equipment into the desired diameter and pitch. Flights are designed to be secured to the conveyor pipe by supporting legs or chains. Depending on overall size, the supporting legs may be produced as an integral part of the flighting. The cross section of the formed part is uniform in thickness from the ID to the OD of the finished product.
