Falcon Industries has two plants dedicated solely to the fabrication of helix flighting and screw assemblies using helix flighting. Each plant has CNC burning equipment, hydraulic presses for sectional and ribbon flighting, mechanical equipment for continuous flighting, a complete machine shop and certified welding/fabrication personnel for complete auger and screw assemblies. The company regularly serves customers as small as one-man shops and as large as Fortune-500 companies throughout the USA with exports to Canada, China, New Zealand and Ireland.
