Overview

Falcon produces custom conveyor and mixing screws, metal ribbons, and various other continuous and sectional flighting. Our products are manufactured to our customers’ individual custom specifications and designs, which we take great care to protect. Falcon also manufactures products to industry standard requirements. Our products are used domestically and internationally.

Metal flighting products are formed from bar or cut plate and are shaped using special fabrication equipment designed by Falcon. We have cutting, welding, assembly, machining, polishing and finishing capabilities. We have unique capabilities that allow us to manufacture to challenging designs limited only by material properties.

Applications include use by construction and agriculture equipment manufacturers in mixing and digging machinery, by the food processing industry for specialized equipment and manufacturers of conveyer systems used in distribution. The mining and minerals industries require large aggregate washers, for which Falcon supplies components. Additionally, we manufacture components to move hay and other feeds for dairy farming equipment. Wastewater treatment plants use our conveyor screws to move sludge through the dewatering process. Falcon’s products are also used in malting equipment and snow blowers. Our products are formed from various raw materials that include carbon and stainless steels, high strength and abrasive resistant steels, alloy steels, aluminum and titanium.

Falcon has a reliable 91% on-time delivery rate and less than 0.2% combined returns, rework and quality allowances.
